Visiting Family, Doing a Little Stitching (Lawton, OK)

We are visiting our daughter and granddaughters this week.  So far, I have only managed to get one photo of our youngest granddaughter while she was playing a game on the computer.  Tomorrow, they are going to come out to the campground and I hope to get some good photos of all of them.
Listening to Blues Clues
While the kids are off to school - yes - all of them.  Our daughter is taking courses and working at the college.  As a single mom, she does very well with taking care of her two daughters.  They are well behaved and help Mommy around the house. We are proud of all three of them.

Okay, I got off subject - while the kids are off to school, I have been working on some UFOs.  I need to finish up the following projects and turn them in for Project Linus.

Redwork - 4 more blocks to go

Sprucing up the Dresden Plate Blocks

I also went through my bins and pulled some more fabric from my stored stash.  I felt like I went on a shopping spree and did not spend a dime. WooHoo!  Yea, the only downside - finding space to store it inside the motorhome....hmmm, I wonder what DH can do without..heh!heh!heh!

  5. Hi Daydreasdustbunnies, My daughter's ex was active duty Army. We never lived here. Funny thing - we grew up in Washington state. Me - Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island and my husband in Wenatchee. We still have a lot of family there.

  7. Thanks Michelle, It is hard. It took me a long time to get a degree between work, kids, and moving. And that was with the help from my husband.
