It has been a slow week for my projects. I did manage to get a little sewing done in the evenings. I decided to use the perfect circle templates to make the tires for the train and car. Boy, did they come out perfect! I might use them for my next set of Happy Campers too.
I'm also on the last embroidery block for All Creatures Great and Small quilt. I hope to start cutting the fabric for this quilt soon.
Well, back to the cutting board...or the thread and needle...or maybe I'll eat first then decide what to do....yea, feeling a little lazy tonight....let's see what is on TV!
Happy Quilting!
Spring? It's only a dream away ... but rather cold in the bed room/greenhouse for spending much time.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad spring is upon you. Nothing but rain here but we're off for some winter sun in a week so can't wait. Your projects are looking great. I like the look of those perfect circle templates. Take care. Maggie xx
ReplyDeleteToday I finally finished my wallhanging for the living room that I've been working on forever. I need to do the binding and then done!! I hope to finish up Tylar's princess ballerina quilt this week also and maybe even Trey's quilt. That will leave three large quilts to be basted and quilted. I'd love to hand quilt them although they will take forever. I hand pieced the big girls quilts while in the camper so I really should hand quilt them. Decisions!! Sounds like you are getting spring fever. I know its a long way off for us yet so in the meantime, I will feverishly quilt all I can to get these tops done!
ReplyDeleteLove your frog stitchery. I too am anxious for spring. I keep looking for the daffodils to pop up.

ReplyDeleteI'm SO ready for Spring. Our weather has been all over the place. I'm ready for the warm weather to stick around.
